What this application is

Kilomint is a private business application used by the staff of a transport company to record bookings, deliveries, billing and accounts. It is not offered to the public. Only people given a login by the company's administrator can use it.

Information it keeps

Business records entered by the company's staff: customers, truck owners, drivers, trucks, bookings, bills, payments and related documents.
For each user: name, email address, role, the companies they may work on, and a record of their actions (the audit trail).

Google Drive

If the company connects a Google account, documents attached in the application and regular backup copies of the company's records are saved in that account's Google Drive. The application can only create files and read the files it has created itself; it cannot see or change any other file in the Drive. It also reads the account's email address, to show which Drive is connected. The connection can be removed at any time from the application's Admin page or from the Google account's security settings.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Records are stored with a cloud database provider on servers in India, and documents in the connected Google Drive. They are visible only to the company's signed-in users, according to the rights the administrator gives them, and to TW Advisors for support. Information is not sold or shared with anyone else, and is not used for advertising.
