Terms of use
Kilomint (Transport ERP) · provided by TW Advisors (www.twadvisors.in) · last updated 29 October 2026
1. The service
Kilomint is a business application for transport companies to record bookings, trips, billing, payments and accounts. It is provided by TW Advisors ("we") to client companies ("the client") under an engagement agreed with each client. These terms apply to the client and to every person the client gives a login ("users"). Where the client's written agreement with TW Advisors says something different, that agreement prevails.
2. Accounts and access
- Logins are created only by the client's administrator. There is no public sign-up.
- Each user keeps their password and authenticator to themselves and does not share a login. The client is responsible for what is done with its users' logins and for removing access when someone leaves.
- The administrator decides what each user may see and change. Every change is recorded in the audit trail, which cannot be switched off.
3. The client's data
- The records entered belong to the client. We use them only to run, support and back up the service for that client, and do not sell them or use them for advertising.
- The client is responsible for the correctness of what its users enter and for the accounting, tax and legal decisions based on it. Reports, returns and statements produced by the application should be reviewed before they are filed or relied on.
- The client can download its data at any time (Backup & restore). When the engagement ends, the client may ask for a final copy; data is then deleted within a reasonable time, except where the law requires it to be kept.
- How information is stored and protected is set out in the privacy notice.
4. Acceptable use
Users may not try to reach data of another company or user, get around the rights, period locks or audit trail, test or attack the security of the service, copy or resell the software, or use it for anything unlawful.
5. Availability and backups
We aim to keep the service available and take automatic daily backups. The service may be briefly unavailable for maintenance or because of the cloud services it runs on. Entries made while offline are kept on the device and sent when the connection returns.
6. Fees
Fees, if any, and their payment terms are as agreed in writing between TW Advisors and the client.
7. Changes to the service and these terms
We improve the application regularly. If these terms change in a way that matters, the date above changes and clients are told. Continued use after that means the new terms apply.
8. Limits
The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, TW Advisors is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by incorrect entries, misuse of logins, or failures of third-party providers; and its total liability in any year is limited to the fees paid by the client for the service in that year.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra.
